This means it crashes inside some library function your program calls, and that library was compiled without debugging info. You need to look at the code that could be run from an interrupt handler, and make sure all that code and data it touches are locked. Sections 18.9 and 18.11 of the FAQ explain what does it mean to lock the code and data.
