I'm not sure what you mean by "there is nothing", but you may find your program in the Explorer (don't confuse with IE :), open properties of this program and edit them appropriately. In particular, you may choose whether or not the program is run in a window (or full screen), font type and size and other stuff. This will create a .PIF file which windows will read and process each time you run your program.
