If you use CWSDPMI r5, remove HIMEM.SYS, and have a compatible BIOS, you should be able to use all the memory with any version of DOS (including 6.22). You can also use a newer version of HIMEM.SYS (from Win 9x) with DOS 6.22 without problems.
