I had a similar one, but it happened when a) doing a program reset or something that causes one (->illegal instruction) b) after a crash when analyzing a stack trace (->illegal instruction) c) putting illegal addresses in the Watch window (various errors, even power-offs and reboots happened). But since I have an _old_ RHIDE version in Windows, it should have been fixed now.
