TXI390B is the Info (help) file viewer. The current version is 40b. Get it
from ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/txi40b.zip and unzip
it into your DJGPP folder. Then run Make in the Allegro subfolder.

BTW what version of DJGPP are you using (type gcc --version at a command
prompt)?
Go to www.delorie.com/djgpp, select "Zip Picker" then download and install.
