Looking at UK FTP mirrors of Simtel, it seems that it is not being mirrored anymore. Perhaps the period between mirrors has increased. Anyhow, stuff used to appear on sunsite.org.uk's mirror after a few days, but that's way behind. ftp.mirror.ac.uk seems better, but even that doesn't have the very latest DJGPP packages - e.g. the XDelta packages I uploaded last weekend.
