Thanks for your answer, but that's what I was thinking too. The question is now: Is there any chance for a workaround - now there's an object to play with. The RHIDE works with -G 2 as long as you don't debug. Your editor works with the _low_level-flag too. Allegro has no problem too. So is there something with RHIDE's screen swap ? I have the source, but problems to configure GDB to be compiled. It took a while for me to check, that there is a bash-script. But this is still the points which stops me. I'm have no idea about all those DJGPP/GNU-internals... and don't know how to set the parameters. If you had any hint... Andy
