Yes, binary exists on http://www.delorie.com. If you want I will 
send you the binary distribution of RHIDE in a zip file fresh from 
Delorie.com, I only downloaded it yesterday! ~1,630Kb. Just give 
me the nod and I'll whack it through to your email address:

BTW, it is hopeless on Windows NT, unless you like navigating a 
GUI with no mouse support.
