How do I get around this? I'm going to answer my own question here, because I just found a way to do this. First, set the environment variable YAMD_LOGFILE_NAME to anything other than blank: SET YAMD_LOGFILE_NAME=C:\OUT.LOG Then run the program bare, without using the bash script. Don't forget to load CWSDPMI first. PROGRAM.EXE (ARGUMENTS HERE) Then the YAMD debugging foo won't appear on the screen, and one can run symify on the crash traceback.
