Most intros I have read about DJGPP, refer to it as "DJ Delories port of the GCC compiler to MSDOS". So I guess that in all fairness DJGPP is a compiler. The description of DJGPP as merely a "library", tends not to be a fair description or a complete view of DJGPP IMHO.
