It's an assembler bug. Download a test version of an assembler with the fix from http://members.xoom.com/snowball3/djgpp/as210r2.zip and extract the contents into your DJGPP tree. You should end up with a new copy in your %DJDIR%/bin directory. You are compiling for DJGPP right? I noticed PE specific sections in your log (idata$1, etc.).
