The DJGPP FAQ explains how to do that in -: section 5.5. I can send a small (33K) .tgz file containing formatted RCS man pages. Let me know directly if you want that. -: Please note that the Version Control package which comes with Emacs -: supports CVS as well, so if you already have CVS installed, you could use -: it instead of RCS. The functionality largely overlaps, as long as local -: repositories are considered (and the DJGPP port of CVS doesn't support -: remote repository access via Internet anyway). And the DJGPP port of RCS is the only option for those without LFN support.
