I've just tested em2005b.zip, and it doesn't seem to have any problems.  
Perhaps you should download it from a different SimTel.NET mirror, or 
perhaps something went wrong with your connection while you downloaded 
it.

What size does em2005b.zip have on your machine?  It should be
7,879,581 bytes.
