You're probably safe as long as you stay away from crytographic and subversive software. I don't know of any juristiction that authorizes capital punishment for copyright violation. To be really safe, make sure that all the software on the disk is either your own or released under a license that permits free distribution (which includes the GPL and LGPL). Paul Hughett
