I am trying to branch DOS sux at everything more advanced than printf(). However, as it is so simply, you have complete control over it. And you will never have to worry that something leaks and you got a partition less, as it is single-tasking. DOS should still exist for teaching new programmers and hacking hardware. MSVC doesn't even support printf() AFAIK (or was there a consolemode?).
