My last builds of DJGPP binaries of gcc-2.95.2 I did in March was done under Linux using cross-compiler (or more exactly building cross-compiler and after that native DJGPP binaries using freshly built cross-compiler). One difference is that I used binutils-2.9.1 when built gcc.
