It seems you just got confused by the notation. 'gcc*b.zip' means any zip file whose main name begins 'gcc' and ends with 'b'. If that CD is as complete as you presume it to be, you should find such a file on it. The typical cases are gcc281b.zip gcc2952b.zip these days.
