     My djgpp FAQ file says that the graphics tutorial is at
           http://remus.rutgers.edu/~avly/djgpp.html
but I get ~avly is "not on this server".  (I have tried both letter ell
and numeral one for the "l" in "avly".)  Where is the tutorial?
