Probably. isp3120b.zip includes an older version of ispell.el, so you might have overwritten the new files. Please unzip the new ispell.elc from em2005b.zip into gnu/emacs/lisp directory and see if that helps. If you downloaded em2005bli.zip, unzip ispell.el as well (the latter is not important, since Emacs will use ispell.elc if it's present).
