Using Rhide latest.  Learning c++, I think.  Is there  an info file for
libstdcxx.a like there is for libc.a ?  In peticular i/o  cout, cin,
etc.  Help ref. is handy for beginners.  The iostream.info file has the
data but aukward to reference.
