Actually, nobody has yet asked that, so it's not really a frequent question ;-). More importantly, I think this issue has some subtle aspects that I'm afraid would confuse people rather than help them. Especially since the version of gxx that comes with djdev203.zip has some new features in it that gpp lacks (people who are interested in these new features can find them in the "What's Changed" section of the DJGPP Knowledge base). So I'm not at all sure this should be in the FAQ.
