You'll have to be more specific than that to get meaningful answers:

1) *What* exactly did you add to the library dialogue in RHIDE?
2) Why did you think you'ld have to add %DJDIR%/lib to the RHIDE library
   path? That should not be necessary, as RHIDE/gcc already knows how to 
   find libraries in there (otherwise, how could it possibly have found
   libc.a?)

The exact error message you got might also turn out to be helpful.
