Your downloaded file must have become broken, somehow (ASCII type ftp transfer? Bad floppy? whatever), during transport from the SimTel.Net servers to your local harddisk. Re-download and make sure you get a working zip file ('pkunzip -t' or so should allow to check that right after download, without actually unpacking it.
