If you use a 28.8k to 56k modem with a Rockwell chipset you can download all the info from http://www.conexant.com. The information is in a *.pdf file, when printed is about 283 pages. The name of it is accessru.pdf, there is also another file called 1048r4.pdf. The 1048r4.pdf contains all the information for using a Rockwell Chipset for sound, cameras faxes as well as telephone communications, including other countries and some of their laws with respect to certain communication protocols. The accessru.pdf can be found in the "Tech Info", "Modems", "pciadsl" accessru.pdf which is a 122k file.
