I'm not entirely clear which "Allegro" text you are referring to here, as different parts of the data in demo.dat were created in different ways. The intro animation is a FLIC file that was rendered using 3DS Max, the title screen logo is a bitmap that I drew using Neopaint, and the other fonts were exported from my TTF2PCX program.
