Thank you both for your help - I had read the FAQ (8.7), but obviously I was
too tired to understand the message at the time ;o) Now I only need yet to
find the crtf.o file... obviously missing some package, since ld.exe cannot
find the abovementioned file. Though I thought I got all the files
already.... Oh well.
