Assuming you're using Win9x:
Drag the lower right corner of RHIDE's window out and to
the right. Or press M-enter (for the Emacs-impaired, Alt+Enter)
to maximize RHIDE to a full-screen console.

Try rebooting into MS-DOS mode(tm). Then run
   smartdrv c+
   rhide foo.gpr
and try to debug. But generally, if you can't use a debugger,
try textprintf() debugging.
