(Sounds confusing???) The problem is I can't seem to locate the file. Development appears to have been terminated and the author cannot be contacted at his email address: reneo AT htsa DOT hva DOT nl; its an email address at a Norwegian University and I believe the author has already graduated from the university in June 1997. Anyone knows where I can get a copy of the latest version or at the very least get in touch with Rene Olsthoorn?
