Hi,

I want to develop a portable  application and I'm planning to use Turbo
Vision for Interface, MySql for database trough MySql++ library. Which
compiler I should use : DJGPP or CYGWIN.

I've installed both, and personaly I liked DJGPP,  BUT CAN I ACCESS
MySql with DJGPP ?

When I say portable application I mean one that run in Linux and (Dos or
Windows).

I DON'T WANT TO USE GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE.
