Hi folks,

I'm looking for the source for the octree algorithm for color quantization.
Language should be ANSI C (or C++ at a push)
Tried to find it on the web, but all existing code either suffers from
losing the occasional pixel or needs some external headers/functions, or
doesn't even work.

Any code, or pointers to code greatly appreciated.
