Although I'm pretty sure I saw on slashdot that ati and riva are releasing (glx) drivers gpl'd. Other comapanies, such as creative are releasing their sb live drivers gpl'd as well, it might set a trend. I guess it would take a _very_ dedicated hacker to port them to dos though. (Although I have seen a simple glut implementation for allegro, which enabled me to make libMesaGl libMesaGLU libglut etc for dos, so it may be easier than it sounds.) Peter Allen
