The FreeBE/AF, Allegro, and SciTech MGL sources are the only freely
available VBE/AF code that I'm aware of (FreeBE/AF implements the
drivers, while Allegro and MGL make use of them).

Can you be a bit more specific about what kind of info you are looking
for? Detailed questions are easily answerable, but this kind of generic
query is hard to respond to, other than to say that unfortunately the
VBE/AF interface specs aren't freely available, so reading source code
is the only real way to figure it out.
