I d/l'd bcsio20.zip (from SimTel) and serio.zip (from Bill's home page) and took a look. They are different, so it would be good to put the latest version on SimTel. But, serio.zip is not packaged a la djgpp (with .mft and .ver files). How does that work? Is the version on SimTel supposed to be maintained by the program author?
