RSXNTDJ. Maybe you'll understand if I take it apart:

RSX: Rainer, the programmer who made RSXNTDJ.
NT: Win32 was first implemented in Windows NT.
DJ: It's a port of gcc and was inspired by DJGPP.

So RSXNTDJ means Rainer's Win32 C++.
