For reasons still unclear to me, Julian Seward still hasn't posted the
link on the bzip2 site. A DJGPP port has been available for some time,
with the 0.9.5b port available in August and the 0.9.0c available last
January. References to this are in the DJGPP archives.

I'll try to look at your port and see how it differs from the one I made
available, but it may be a few weeks due to time constraints.
