Yes, and what happens when a C++ program looks for windows.h with RSXNTDJ?
It doesn't find it, believe me on this one.

To get RSXNTDJ to work, the following needs to be added to the environment
(this is version 1.5):

CPP_INCLUDE_PATH=%RSXNTDJ%\include\win32

The normal C paths don't need to be added as that is done in gccw32.
