As you wrote it, the lines setting 'DJGPP' and 'CLASSPATH' are effectively *never* executed, because the call to 'win.com' comes first. This call effectively never returns, so whatever comes behind it, in autoexec.bat, is ignored. Remove the call to win.com, and...
