Is this in RHIDE? It's a known problem. Please see section 8.7 (i think) of
the FAQ.

Don't do that, it's fine where it was. Did you uninstall your 2.8.1
installation before installing 2.95? Also, you must download the 2.95 C++
libraries (lgp295b.zip), not the 2.8.1 distribution.
