Hello again,

When you get that you're most likely out of a small chuck of memory
(about 300kb) that every program needs a piece of. Try a search for
Fix1MB (sorry don't remember where I got it) what it does is prevent a
lot of programs from wasting that small piece of memory. There's also
a similar program called 1MB Fort but when I tried it Trumpet Winsock
would no longer work so I can't recommend that one.
