That's the telltale sign of the bug in the 'setitimer' routine in
DJGPP 2.02. The bug is fixed in 2.03 alpha. Another cheap way of
solving it was reported: extract the itimer.o file from DJGPP 2.01
libc.a, and put it into the 2.02 one.
