I did some work w/ the DJGPP port of GMP, all that was req'd was to
patch the make.bat.

Talk to salvador, I sent him the patch a while back, to post on his
page. (Can't seem to find it anymore on his page). If he doesn't have
it, ask me for it and I'll dig it up and send the patch.
