What/Whom/Why are you annoucing it for then?! Well, someone found a problem with the window title setting functions - they didn't work sometimes. I had a pretty good idea what the problem was without looking at the code - I added a call to __dpmi_yield() after each __dpmi_int() call and it fixed it. So, I didn't really have to look at the library. It's just a bugfix release.
