If I use Windres to compile resources containing dialog boxes I get a parse
error; I presume that Windres cannot handle this type of resource. I have
switched to Microsoft RC. I believe that this, like Windres, can generate
.o files, but can't see how to do this from the available info (/?). Is
this the case, or do I have to use another programme like Res2Coff to
generate my .o file?
