DJGPP does have the latest release version, but there's a newer beta
version, 1.4.7, at http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~sho/rho/rhide-beta.html 
I'd get that, it has some newer features, none of which I know off the
top of my head. :)  But it's pretty old itself.
