I plan to begin to use the perl language but before, I would appreciate to have some advice on which distribution to use : the DJGPP or the ACTIVESTATE one ? As far as I know, the present release level is 5.005_02 for DJGPP and a bit higher for ACTIVESTATE. At identical release level, what are the differences between these two distributions ?
