Apparently the compiler thinks streambuf.h isn't on my hard disk even though it is. I tried some of your suggestions on your web page like typing set DJGPP=c:\djgpp\djgpp.env I tried putting an underscore in front of the filename streambuf.h so it read _streambuf.h in the iostream.h header file. I tried typing set > env.1st None of these things worked. Can you help me? Thanks, K. Molles
