I came into Uni today to try and follow up on the message that someone posted about problems with libsocket & Allegro a few days ago and I found that it had expired & been removed from my Uni's news server. If that person could e-mail me their problems I'd be grateful, as I think I can help you some more. Please e-mail rd5718 AT bristol DOT ac DOT uk rather than address below, however, as I am going away for a week and a half and I won't be able to check the e-mail address below. From what I can remember of your post: you should not need to change the '#if 0' in io.h anymore, as libsocket 0.7.4 has the #define's you need in sys/socket.h. Anyway, I hope I can help you futher and sorry about the irrelevance to everyone else reading the group.
