It's `rsxdj---b.zip' in the `v2tk' directory of the distribution, IIRC; replace `---' with the latest version number. No idea; presumably yes, but beware that RSXNTDJ doesn't have a C++ library so you can't use STL things. AFAIK. I don't use C++ at all myself (nor RSXNTDJ much any more).
