Windows fanatic uses WinZip and it supports > .tar.gz. Because a djgpp version would need cwsdpmi to run under dos, so you'd have to untgz csdpmi4b.tgz and ... oops. I suppose one alternative is to have an unpacked cwsdpmi.exe available for download with the djtar.exe.
