You may need bash and all its little friends if you don't have them yet, too. Seriously, I took a shot at it, and decided a.) I really don't care that much for C++ anyway. b.) If I, for some strange reason, couldn't live without C++, I'd use MingW32. This isn't to say it can't be done; I just wasn't in the mood for a non trivial project that wasn't essential at the time.
